Cindy was my mistress today. She put me through 20 minutes of unpleasantness.
CF warmup
19 rounds + 5 pullups.
I can really feel my pullups getting significantly better at the cost of callousing my hands. What affected me the most in this exercise were initially the squats. After getting the legs warmed and pacing myself right for the squats, the pushups got pretty difficult.
I was also slowed a few times when some people would take my pullup bar. I'd have to book it across the room to another bar which would affect both my time and heart-rate.
goal for next time - 25 rounds.
