I actually had a better time doing this one than the exercise the previous day.
12 Rounds Completed.
CF Warmup
2 Muscleups (Pull-up bar, not rings)
4 Handstand pushups (140#)
8x30# Dumbell Swings (I guess that's roughly 1 pood, that explains why I was able to get to 12 rounds)
20 minutes for time.
On round 7 I couldn't get the muscle ups so I had to sub in dips, after that I was able to get back up again.
