I had to skip this one. 

I had to skip this one.  Throughout the day I had trouble moving pretty much my entire body so I think I need an extra day of rest.

so: 185# DL, 140# BP, 95# Clean - 38:40...pathetic but i almost got hurt patting myself on the back for finishing.
