Somewhere in California a young man decides to improve the quality of his life by making better choices with what he is putting in his body... he begins to look younger, healthier and his workouts leave looks of amazement in the onlookers eyes... another person sees the results and changes his life for the better.... This persons friend sees those results and decides to give it a try... Facebook statuses get updated and somewhere in Italy an italian lad decides to put the bowl of pasta down in exchange for lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. 15 people across the globe have increased their life expectancy, energy levels, and performance while keeping more of their dollars in their pockets. The world will never be the same....

 I haven't spoken with a friend of mine for a few months. The last time we talked I convinced him to go Paleo. My friend, lets call him Average Joe was just that. He was working out on a consistent basis but plateaud a long time ago. He wanted to "get in better shape" and was trying to eat complex carbohydrates just like he read online to lose that extra gut.

I told him about my switch to a Paleo Lifestyle and he was interested. I fowarded him a couple articles and emails and sent him on his way. 3 months later I check up on him to see his progress. The words "never been this ripped my whole life" followed by "my energy levels are amazing" were used to praise what he describe as his switch to what he also calls a "lifestyle not a fad diet". Not only has he enjoyed the health benefits and the financial benefits to his wallet of saving money by cooking his own meals, he has managed to convert 3 of his friends to the Paleo Lifestyle by his results alone.

Going Paleo was one of the best choices if not the best i have made in my life. I am very happy to see that it has had a "butterfly effect" and so  many people are now benefiting from it.

To this date I know of 15 people I have directly converted to Paleo just by my results leading the way.
