40 pound dumbbell Push press / push jerk, 30 reps
30 Double-unders
135 pound Thruster, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
300 feet Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead

I knew this one was going to be hard when I saw both Squat Cleans and Thrusters in the same WOD

I had to cut out double unders, no Rope. Instead I used a 30in box for box jumps.
Laughable, those CF Games winners would have been pretty much done by the time I finished the Squat cleans.
