First workout back so tons of scaling...
3 rounds for time of 20 pullups, 20 dips, 50 squats, 25 sit-ups
between 17 and 18 mins... not sure of exact time. Most important thing is that I did it. One down 15 to go... trying to do xfit every other day for the next month.
