Did it with bar muscle-ups. Easier than on rings but still fairly difficult.

i'm still not even close to doing a muscle-up. curse words.
scaled to 3 MUs, 15 65# BS, 6 MUs, 25 65# BS, 9 MUs, 35 65# BS, 9 MUs, 25 65# BS, 3 MUs, 15 65# BS
subbed 3 pull-ups and 3 ring dips for each MU for the first 3/6/9, then had to switch to bar dips for the remaining 9/3.
24:40 then 13:08 (after switching to bar dips) = 37:48
