scaled to 50 squats, 15 HSPUs

scaled to 50 squats, 15 HSPUs (toes to wall), 15 tuck PUs

31:30, ugh pathetic effort.

btw when i do HSPUs and "struggle" (like squishing my face), i get this face disease where my face becomes all blotchy with red spots. takes about 2-3 days to go away. doesn't hurt/itch or anything, i just look even more hideous than usual. anyone have any idea how i can continue attempting HSPUs w/o looking like AIDS?

Your face shouldn't be

Your face shouldn't be touching the ground. You should be looking straight forward with active shoulders. Your head can touch the ground.

The red dots can be from two sources:

Your ground is super dirty and its irritating your face.
or
I have read that all that blood rushing to your head can cause the read spots also.

ya, it's the top of my head

ya, it's the top of my head touching the ground, not my face. i'm pretty sure it's from blood rushing to my face when i'm struggling really hard. nothing i can do about it i guess, but it's a big deterrent to doing HSPUs now.
