1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Unscaled, running an 8min mile each round.
scaled to 35 pound dumbell
scaled to 35 pound dumbell swing... didn't time exactly but best estimate is 11:45... with some time wasted going between treadmill and pull up bar.
used treadmill at 6.5 miles/hr for most of 400 meter running time... did not have to break up sets at all. Could probably use 40# next time... and if not, should go faster on treadmill to reduce time.
