1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min 15 foot rope climb
Run 400m
Rest
Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.
Post total reps and ascents to comments.

i don't remember what i did but i felt like dying. Andy feel free to post my numbers if you still have them haha.
i wanked out of this one,
i wanked out of this one, mainly b/c i felt like shit from sasabune, but also b/c it's just not a feasible WOD at the globo. where can i buy a rope for use in the future? those rope climbs look pretty badass. i want to buy a 20# wall ball too, 10# is the heaviest at 24hr.
