first time running with the vibrams. did this wod on the treadmill. counted 1/4 mile as 400m.
2:04, 2:11, 2:24, 2:20, 2:22, 2:32, 2:38, 2:05 = 18:36
+ 10:30 (1:30 x7) = 29:06
my calves are on fire, i think xaneus mentioned it happened to him w/ the vibrams too. on the 6th 400m i was almost sure i was going to cramp up, but i somehow avoided it. i only went all-out on the first and last attempts, tried to "pace" myself. i know this score is pathetic for xfit standards (and u guys) but man did i impress myself by finishing lol.
