Call To Arms: Be That Sweaty Guy On The Ground

As we all know I am an avid reader of Digg articles. There is something about content being passed through a social frenzy of ratings that just makes it so damned interesting to me. Today I logged onto Digg.com and was greeted by: 7 Ways To Be Obnoxious While Exercising. The more I read the more I could see that whoever wrote this (cough* Shawn Norris cough*) probably does not work out very hard. He probably, like the average person, jumps on the treadmill and walks on the 1/10 setting for an hour then goes home without breaking a sweat (which is his point #3).
I say let all the Shawn Norrises of the world walk on their treadmills for endless hours without any glimpse of results. Lets push ourselves to "be that sweaty guy on the ground". This is my calling to everybody out there: Make your workouts hard... Make your workouts competitive... Make your workouts work... but most important of all.. Make your workouts fun!
