Went with Davie today to CrossFit Irvine to train on our Oly lifts since the head coach over there Robert just got his Oly lift certification. At first we did not know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised by Robert and his passion to coach. Robert actually knew a great deal on Olympic Lifting and gave us very good critiques on everything from form to how I can stretch to increase my flexibility which he believes is really holding me back. If anybody is around Irvine/ Orange County area make sure you drop by and see the CrossFit Irvine grass roots movement and how he can still park 2 cars in his garage while having basically a full gym.
