Yes u'll love it. I started out by diving straight in 2 months ago and after the first 2 weeks, I knew this is NOT a diet, this is how we are SUPPOSED to eat. On top of that, I've learned how to cook bomb ass stuff, save money and time. And the best thing is, I can eat egg yolks and bacon!!
I'm starting up on the Paleo next week. Do you have any good links for recipes?

I don't really have a favorite recipes since I don't remember what I eat. I usually just look at what meat and ingredients I have then google a recipe. Lately I've been into curry "rice" with grilled salmon, or chicken or whatever (http://stevepaleo.blogspot.com/2009/05/paleo-tandoori-chicken-wcurry-rice.html). Bacon and eggs, or frittata are always good for breakfast, I sometimes even have it for dinner. Sometimes, I just throw some meat, vegetables, spices, coconut milk or whatever into a crock pot when I wake up in the morning, then just leave it and go on with my day, 5-6 hours later, I'd have some foods good enough for several meals.
I also stock up on spices, herbs, olive oil, butter, and all different ingredients.
Also I wanna add, eat a lot of good fat: monounsaturated fat (nuts, avocado, olive...), omega 3 fat from fish oil, saturated fat (coconut oil/milk, butter, animal...). Avoid bad fat: trans-fat, vegetable oil, corn oil, anything hydrogenated.
So Randy mentions yesterday that he's not getting enough calcium because dairy is not paleo. To ease his worry, this is the list of calcium content from vegetables: http://carrotcafe.com/f/calevel.html
Turns out that vegetables is superior source of calcium to dairy. For ex, one cup of boiled spinach has 240 mg of calcium. So listen to your grandma and eat your veggies.

Wow thanks for the heads up. This makes me feel a lot better. I have to look it up. Do you think Paleo is insufficient in any other categories? I've been loading up on fish oils.


Wow cool links. I've always wanted to start the paleo but never completely looked into it. Once I settle down from traveling I can do a better job of buying groceries and cooking myself better meals.
