Start by creating your username and password on the left. If you already have one, sign in and use the many features CrossFix has to offer.

Every CrossFix user gets their own blog hosted on the site. Simply log-in and click "create a post" on the left to post to your blog. This can be used as your everyday fitness, nutrition or just life in general blog.

Immerse yourself in a lifestyle of health. Post comments to the main blog or respond to other peoples' blogs. Ask and answer questions in our Forum.

CrossFix recommends a two step approach to overall fitness. It is only a recommendation (highly recommended) and you should see if it fits your lifestyle or not. CrossFix is a health oriented community so still feel free to join if you cannot fit the recommendations into your life. The two step approach is as follows:

1) Live an Evolutionary Lifestyle by adopting the (Paleo/Primal Diet)
2) Exercise hard but have fun while doing it. Nobody likes to waste an hour walking on the treadmill. Keep your workouts short and high intensity.
