CrossFix.com is devoted to 100% Customer Satisfaction. We will never compromise quality to make a sale. We guarantee by all means that all items purchased from CrossFix.com are 100% authentic and original. We buy products directly from manufacturers and from authorized distributors.
Please note that products pictures on our website DO NOT always represent what we have in stock. Because manufacturers are constantly updating their product design, we may carry the newer product model while our website may still show the old product design. Furthermore, we may carry the previous product design when a manufacturer may currently have a new look to its product than what we choose to represent on our website.
Because we carry thousands of products on our website, in some cases there may be typographical errors. We do have the right to cancel your order if there is a typographical error on a product you ordered.
Any discrepancy (including damages or defective items) in your order must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery by shipping carrier. Defective items cannot be returned after 14 days of delivery date.
Disclaimer: the results of all the products we carry vary with each individual/customer. It is your job to understand how to safely and effectively use our products in a safe manner.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders placed on Friday and weekends will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. However, on some occasions, orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship. Depending on the weight and value of your order, we use the following shipping carriers: UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU UNTIL WE SHIP.
We ship to all states with USA and to certain countries internationally.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee . Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrial appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.
We will refund your money to the payment type used to purchase the item(s). Within 30 days of receiving and processing your return, we will issue a refund. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund will reflect on your statement within 2 billing statements.
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of Sleekhair.com and will be disposed of.
Exchange
Unfortunately at this time, CrossFix.com cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by requesting a “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” number and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Back Orders
Usually when an item is back ordered, the order button for the back ordered product becomes unavailable, until we re-order and re-process the order for the item. Occasionally we run out of stock in certain items and people order them before we have time to take them off the site. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you place an order that contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items. However, we do reserve the right in some cases to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. We do not do separate shipments. Be advised that your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.

Liability:
When a product is purchased from CrossFix it is assumed that the customer knows how to operate the product. CrossFix will not be liable for any injuries caused by the use of any products sold.
